The reception is the first place people encounter when entering a building. As part of the renovation of the NOVU office building in Warsaw, an airy and calm space was created — one that serves not only as an entrance, but also as a place to pause briefly or meet informally. A space that naturally shapes the atmosphere of the entire building.

NOVU

The NOVU office building in Warsaw is currently undergoing a full renovation, which includes a newly designed entrance reception. This space plays a key role — it is the first point of contact for anyone entering the building and significantly shapes the overall impression and atmosphere.

Our task was to deliver a high-quality and precise execution of the reception area, with a strong focus on functionality, smooth day-to-day operation, and a calm overall feel. We paid close attention to detailing, coordination of construction works, and the seamless integration of individual elements to ensure the space performs well in everyday use.

Today, the reception is no longer just an entry point to an office building. It becomes a place where people can pause, wait, or have brief informal meetings. The result is an airy and tranquil space that fulfills its purpose while naturally enhancing the atmosphere of the entire building.
